TOP TEN TUESDAY: Best Bookish Gifts

Today’s Top Ten Tuesday was a freebie.

Now’s my chance to post the holiday gift guide I keep trying to publish!

If you are looking for bookish gifts for family and friends, I bear much knowledge.

Let me help you shop.

Legend

$ – Under $10

$$ – Between $10 and $30

$$$ – Over $30

$$$$ – Very splurgey

A Bookish Candle – $$

WHAT IF YOU COULD SMELL YOUR FAVORITE BOOK?

WHAT IF SOMEONE CRAFTED A SIGNATURE SCENT FOR YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER?

Cornerfolds Candles made a Ronan Lynch candle that I’m buying right this minute.

Zero impulse control.

A Bookish Shirt or Sweater – $$$

Epic Reads and Headline Shirts have a line of reading-inspired shirts that make perfect holiday gifts.

Local bookstores sometimes sell t-shirts and Out of Print has a beautiful Great Gatsby sweatshirt that I can’t convince myself to buy.

A Bookish Necklace – $$

You remember how much I love my Scorpio Races book necklace.

From New Leaf still makes custom book necklaces. I bought one for a partner’s birthday to huge success.

They’ve updated some of their classic book covers and even made a necklace for All the Bright Places, soon to be a major motion picture.

A Bookish Wallet – $$ to $$$

I already own a very practical wallet that I love, so I can’t go buy another one.

If my wallet, for some reason, broke or exploded or burst into flames, this Raven Boys-inspired wallet from Owlcrate would make an excellent replacement.

A Bookish Bookmark – $ to $$

YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED THAT I AM SLIGHTLY OBSESSED WITH THE RAVEN BOYS.

LOOK AT THESE PRECIOUS MAGNETIC BOOKMARKS.

LOOK HOW CUTE ADAM LOOKS.

HE’S HOLDING A LITTLE TAROT CARD.

AND CHAINSAW IS SITTING ON RONAN’S HEAD.

Buy these lovely things.

A Bookish Funko Pop! Figurine – $$$$

I purchased a (surprise, surprise) Ronan Lynch Funko Pop! figurine over the summer from HavenThorn Customs in L.A.

Because this is NOT just a Raven Boys list, here’s a link where you can buy a Funko Pop! figurine of Teddy Lupin!

An Audible Subscription – $$ to $$$$

An Audible subscription is a good gift for people who like to listen to books.

Note: per the rules, gift memberships include only 1 credit per month.

I hope that will  suffice for your audiobook-loving recipient.

A Gift Card for eBooks – $ to $$$$

A direct quote from my friend Nikita:

[W]ithout eBooks, I would read approximately 250% fewer books.

I’m not going to link to Amazon and I’m not sure where eBooks can be found aside from the Kindle store, but SURELY THERE ARE PLACES.

A Deck of Bookish Tarot or Oracle Cards – $$ to $$$

Nowadawys, spiritually-inclined readers can combine their loves of tarot and books.

I controlled myself and did NOT share Maggie Stiefvater’s Raven Cycle-inspired tarot deck.

Instead, look at this cute deck of Alice in Wonderland oracle cards.

Bookish Tea – $ to $$

LIKE WITH CANDLES, some creators make tea inspired by their favorite books and characters.

Yes, this one is Raven Cycle-inspired.

JUST LOOK.

CABESWATER TEA.

Drink deep.

Whoever you buy this for would NEVER forget your genereosity.

Watch out for shipping, though. As this shop is based in the United Kingdom, shipping to the States is pricey.

There you have it!

Look at all these bookish options!

Yes, I want to buy them all for myself.

MAYBE I WILL FOR MY BIRTHDAY. Who knows.
