The Fall Bucket List Tag

I’ve been seduced by another fall-themed tag.

It’s this or Halloween tags.

Those are the only options.

I keep up with seasonal tags by following Kristin at Kristin Kraves Books.

Will I actually bake cinnamon rolls and go apple-picking this fall?

You read my Summer Bucket List Tag. I didn’t do any of the activities on that list, but they were fun to consider!

This tags and the accompanying graphics were created by Read by Tiffany.

Penny Nichols.jpg

I have a feeling Penny Nichols will be very pure.

It follows a snarky girl who gets roped into making an amateur slasher film.

PERFECT FOR FALL.

Drink Pumpkin Spiced Lattes

Tenth Girl.jpg

I’ll pass on the PSLs this year.

Someone else can drink mine.

I’ve been hearing ads for The Tenth Girl during episodes of Welcome to Night Vale.

I’m not big on thrillers, but Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor promised a jaw-dropping twist.

WE SHALL SEE.

Unpregnant.jpg

On the YA end, UNpregnant is getting tons of praise.

I’m excited for “abortion road trip” as a genre.

I’m less excited that lack of abortion access requires abortion-seekers to travel across the country.

She Loves You

She Loves You (Yeah, Yeah, Yeah) features rebellious Beatles-loving twelve-year-olds.

The plot description mentions “Trudy and crew.”

Who’s on the crew??

I have to find out.

Are you listening.jpg

I saw are you listening? at Elliot Bay and it looks so sweet.

I mean, heavy, for sure.

I’m just glad these girls have each other…and a magical cat.

How to taste.jpg

Becky Selengut (a Seattle-based private chef and real person) put out an instruction manual called How to Taste.

SHE ALSO WROTE A SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD COOKBOOK.

Her third cookbook featured WILD MUSHROOMS.

SHE HAS A PODCAST!?!?

I am SCREAMING.

Hey, have you all heard of The Bright Sessions?

YES, I KNOW I’M LATE TO THE PARTY.

I MISSED OUT ON A LOT OF POP CULTURE POST-GRAD, OKAY?

I WAS BUSY SURVIVING FOOD SERVICE AND DEALING WITH DEPRESSION.

I have been listening to The Bright Sessions a lot lately and Caleb is by far my favorite character.

Caleb and Adam are PERFECT together.

I recently learned that Lauren Shippen published a YA novel about Caleb and Adam!!

AAAAAAAH!!

I can’t wait to spend more time with my soft bois!!
